Terms of Service

You need an account, authenticated through Clerk, to use Tineris. You're responsible for the accuracy of the trip, booking, and expense data you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Use Tineris to plan and track your own trips. Don't use it to store data you don't have the right to store, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

You own the trip, booking, and expense data you enter. We store it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and don't claim ownership over it.

Tineris depends on third-party services, including Clerk, Supabase, Google Places, and Mapbox. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Tineris is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Place search results, opening hours, and map data come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date — always confirm details like flight times and reservations directly with the provider.

To the extent permitted by law, Tineris isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to travel plans or bookings made using information from the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Tineris is established.
